Supper and ghost hunt at The Chequers, Fenny Stratford. 1st June 2024

The Chequers, formerly known as The Buck and Bell, is an 18th century inn, which consists of most of it's original building. During the 19th century it contained a bakery and has also been a lodgings house. 

We were called in a couple of months ago to do an investigation after unexplained things going on in the building. There are a number of stories in relation to hauntings and we certainly weren't disappointed on our initial walk round! I believe there are at least 3 spirits here and we had lots of activity on our live session back in January.

We're very excited to be able to have an evening of food and ghost hunting here and very much look forward to welcoming you on the night. 

We will ask you to arrive at 7.30pm, in order to eat at 8pm. Once cleared away, we will then investigate 3 different area's of the pub.

The food choices are - 

Fish and chips

Or

Battered sausage and chips

A side of mushy peas or beans

There is a drop down bar to choose your meal choice when booking your tickets.
